It's another scorcher here .. and from the git go this am too .. No gradually becoming a glorious day .. it bounded in with a bang!!
A friend came over today to try and get my garden tap working .. no luck as yet as the pipework will need replacing .. but perhaps next week .. in the meantime it's back to the filling and carrying of numerous watering cans rather than what I was hoping for .. a leisurely stroll with the hose .. lol
Still .. it's a loverly day, and I think it's just about cooled down enough to go sit outside again .. so that's where I'm bound right now!

Today is a virtual Friday for me. The US is gearing for our 4th of July Holiday weekend. Most companies are extending the holiday into Friday so it makes for a short work week.
On the same footing, my mom's birthday is also on July 4th, so there will be festivities planned as well. We are hoping for nice weather but that's a crap shoot anymore.
As for today, just the daily chore of office work and later, Jeff and I will be taking the kids out of the house for some much needed FUN time.
