The picture needs to be stored on a website (it won't work if you just try inserting it one from your desktop).

Here's an example : the link to one of the pictures in the One Of The Girls Thread is http://www.republic-of-loafdom.com/chat/Girls/11.bmp.

You can insert the link into your message. 

Or, if you want to insert the actual picture into your message, click on <> (View HTML Source) button above and type the following :

<img border="0" src="http://www.republic-of-loafdom.com/chat/Girls/11.bmp" width="300" height="400">

And now you can just click on the small icon above the message window that loks like a small green tree on a screen. This brings up a window into which you can insert your url.

Once you've inserted a picture, and hit Submit Post you will not be able to add additional type below it without coming back and editing your post.
