Starting over. Welcome to all Meat's loving fans

It's been very quiet here for a long time. Meat opened his own website, and chatted to his fans there, and we all gravitated to it understandably.

I was reminded of our opening post here when we opened this forum on ROL, and want to post it here again:

ROL will always be a safe haven for you Meat. Should you visit we will be honoured and welcome you with open arms. But whether you do or not, this will always be a place where you are treated with respect and your feelings are considered. Here people may say if they don't like a particular song, or didn't enjoy part of a show .. because we know you are open to constructive comments.
But you will not find people trying to tear you down, or your performances apart. The citizens of ROL care for you too much to do that. You have given so much to all of us over the years, given unstintingly, and we appreciate it. You are exceptional and are honoured here. So pull up a chair, sit down and relax, for no-one here is out to bait you, or do anything but share their positive feelings about an outstanding artist and his music, stage shows, films and many kindnesses to his fans. Park your bum honey .. kick off your shoes .. you're home :)

And that holds true today just as it did then, and for all who visit here this is a place where we simply come to have fun, enjoy what we love about Meat, and feel safe and at home. So for as long as other places may seem a rocky road, here you are all welcome. It will be what we make of it. We don't expect Meat to post here, but we can all share our undying affection and respect for him together.

And that can't be bad :))

New Year...New Beginnings...New Friends...Here's hoping that our beloved Sir Meat comes back on here until his NEW site is ready...Loving the peacefulness...

I could not agree more,
Meat you deserve so much more than the constant battles you face with .net, you should never have to feel that you need to explain yourself constantly, I was just honoured that you took the time to visit and occassionally post. So if you do visit here, I welcome you with open arms also but I certainly do not expect anything from you.

Meat has registered on here, which is why we gave him moderator privileges. He has never posted, and we don't expect him to. But who knows? He may pop in from time to time just to look, and here he will always find nothing but unconditional and loving support  .. as he deserves bless him smile

Here his home will always be warm and sunny  .. just as it is for his guests smile
