sometimes it needs more than two decades to get slapped right into the face recognizing some facts of life, but exactly this happened to me just a week ago. I knew you quite well since I was a teenager, collecting infomations in the back storage of my mind, but you never had a chance to get my full attention until last week, I found " I would do anything for love" on youtube.com and....got hooked. I loved the song and video since it came out, but as a so-called "true metal", I still am, I couldn´t deal that time with something less heavier than " Paradise Lost", Rob Halford and "Accept" for example and I beg you pardon for this "blindness".
But the illness of youth and ongoing ignorance hopefully has its cure in itself by surviving some more years and the necessity of gaining some bits and pieces of wisdom and open-mindedness! So besides I´m now collecting every video and song from you I could get in reach of, I'm currently writing a short story and "adopted" you as one of my virtual mentors I´m creating the story for. When I´m finished, I´d try to send it to you somehow ( translated from german to english ) ...
