Chivalry is not dead

Just want to let everyone know

My hubby has proved to me today that chivalry is not dead.

As he opened the garage door to leave for work this morning.  All suited up in Jacket, Gloves and Helmet read to ride out on his bike.

There was a lady all dressed in a skirt and fancy shirt.  She had a flat tyre on her car and asked if she could use the phone to call the RAC.  She was running late for work and had clipped the kerb and punctured the tyre.

When she told David that she was running late and admitted that she had no idea how to change a tyre. He offered to change it for her rather than wait for the RAC, as they would be busy at the moment.  So took all of his motorcycle gear off.  Changed her tyre and also showed her how to do it at the same time and sent her on her way.  He then had to come back inside and wash his hands and then get re suited up.

Im so proud of him, I just had to boast.

Love to you all

Trudy

Go, David, you're a champion!  This one should give you bragging rights for awhile.

But the big test is coming on the 20th.  Will he remember? (I checked the register.)
