Many people wrote on the day we heard the news about Vee and asked if we would be putting up a condolence card, and I said we thought the family would get more comfort from individual cards and messages, but that we would like to produce a book as a tribute to her .. something which celebrated her life and the many kindnesses she did for people, which we could put in a high quality leather folder and send to Tom and Annie.

Vee left a footprint in so many people's lives. Sometimes very directly, sometimes just by providing a comfortable place on-line where Meat fans could visit to get information  or news, or to meet other Meat fans; there will be many who made life-long friends without even exchanging a word with Vee, but who know this would never had happened had it not been for the website she put so much of herself into for so many years. In different ways both large and small, she made a difference in so many lives around the world.

So for those of you who feel that Vee brought something to your life and would like to pay tribute to her and celebrate the difference she made,  we have set up a guest book for you to leave your fond and happy memories of her, and a link for you to send a photo of yourself to make it more personal. We will take your messages and pictures and put them on their own page in the book. We will also put the final book on our site for everyone to see, and as a tribute to someone who touched many lives and helped Meat to touch so many. If you would prefer that your photo is not on the internet, which I completely understand, we will replace it on the internet version with a different picture. (You can indicate your preference when sending in your photo)
