Rather cold, wet and miserable weekend .. more like October than July!! Caught up on stuff around the house on Saturday, went out for dinner and then had a quiet Sunday.
It's still cool but at least a bit brighter today, so I'll probably potter about in the garden this morning .. then out later for lunch. Not sure when Suzie's back from Rodentland .. but seeing her present on Meat's tweet will give her a boost :)))
Spoke to tink on the phone last night .. hard to believe it's not even a year since I was last in Philly .. seems like forever! But only last October I was in Florida for the concerts, then up to tink's only to find her one show of the tour was cancelled :(
So .. time to get back to the studio, work on that album, and lift our hearts with a tour next year :) Yes .. I'm talking to you Chiefie .. weekend's over Brighteyes! ..

Well it seems history has just been made over there, and congrats Caryl on England beating Australia in the cricket for the first time in 34 years. Hope you enjoy your lunch today. Yeah Suzie will sure get a buzz when she see's Meat's tweet with her present to him in there, what an honour for her. Unlike you over there, we had beautiful weather over here last weekend. Saw a great movie Saturday night, The Hangover, really funny movie, laughed all the way through it. It lived up to all the hype. A lot of these movies the only funny bits are what you see in the ads and they are a big let down, but not this one. Carole
