hunh ? ... nevah mind... hehehe...

SO... somehow or other... i got lost up my own bum all week... Mon... snow... off from the dayJob... Tue ... late into the dayJob and... ummmm... nothing much else... Wed... late into the dayJob and ... ummm... nope ... nothing exciting ... errrrr... Thu ... THURRRRSSSday ... i find out my dear Peter Tork has had his surgery ... a cancerous growth had been found on his tongue... please all keep best wishes in your heart for him because i love him very much ... the growth has been removed and there will be some rest up before the radiation treatment begins... he's in good spirits ... and expecting to do the June show planned ... and i know... he will too !! ...

ANYroad... i knew about the growth and such from an email i'd received...but knew not when surgery would be... and then i see... there's going to be updates on Peter's facebooks... so i go to take a peek and OMG... guess what ? .. there... posting and sending good wishes... is an old Monkee pal of mine... crim... we'd lost touch back in 1972 !! ... well... how can i get in touch with her ? ... whyyy... join Facebooks.. and OMG... what a mess... lol .. emails keep pouing in... so and so wants you for a friend.. so and so has written on your wall... da da da... i barely know how to use the dang thing... but no matter... my frandie and i are back in touch... she was thrilled to hear from me... so... there ya go... what a world this internet is henh ???

and then came Friday and now... IT'S DA WEEKEND BABEEEES... so ... let's enjoy !!!

nothing much planned ... the temps are supposed to be in the 60Fs ... i'm hoping they are Springie 60Fs and not Wintry ones... there IS a difference y'know... and let's see... a run out to pick up my weekly bus pass ... and to the local grocer and Family Dollar to pick up a couple items to get us through the weekend... and THAT'S it... lol ...



so... let's chair dance... and play  !!!!

Well I just had a great weekend, Saturday I got a sleep in.... yes what did I say.... A SLEEP IN!! Then I went dress shopping, yikes.

Took my mum and Grandma, grandma loves to go dress shopping with me lol, any of the other grandkids and its not such a big deal, but because its me, its a big deal, she gets so excited lol, because I don't just GO dress shopping lol, its not a normal thing for me to do ha ha.

Anyway, took them shopping because I have to get a dress for the big end of year cricket funcktion for state cricket, had lunch and stuff oo

Then I went to a friends birthday dinner at a big swanky pub, weel it was so swanky I wouldn't say pub, resturaunt/bar and I was all like upper classness lol, normally, Im happy with a beer, but Noooooo, I did champagne and martini's ha ha, was a very good night in all, we then went to pot black and played some games of pool whilst still drinking ****tails he he he, I had a toblerone and a japanese slipper.

Then today, spent the day knocking back cans of coke at the cricket. Our B Grade team is still in the finals, they have the Grand Final next week. So the team won by heaps, and then we went to the pub that sponsor's us for dinner and I had beers :)

Been a great weekend!

just a quick pop-in to say hello ! ... not much happening... i received an update on Peter Tork ... it seems i'm on his daughter's circle of friends list keeping everybody updated ... i'll post it here as soon as i get a chance...

the chill is back in the air... but it's not wintry... i got a full day in at the dayJob yesterday ... so that's a good thing money-wise...

i need to be off to prep for the day ...

where the BOOH does the time go ? ... and where the BOOH do IIIIIII get to ? ... lol... IIIIIIIIIIII don't know ... lol ...

anyroad... i got a full week in at the dayJob... which is a good AND helpful thing house budget-wise ... lol ... and let's see... ummm... OH have i been updating peeps on my rockNroll love of early life... oh who's kidding whom ? ... i still love him ... Peter Tork former Monkee ? ... he's out of hospital ... and goes back this coming Tue to talk to doctor about the next step in his treatment ... so keep happy thoughts for him... it involves radiation and i pray to powers he doesn't get too ill from it ...

and other than a quick errand out for me today... and maybe tomorrow ? ... that's my life right now... lol ...
